We observed a minute’s silence today as part of the VE Day commemorations. More than 900 students and staff observed this impeccably.
The canteen also created themed cup cakes for students and the school was decorated with Union Jacks.
Leah M and Sophie C in Year 9 went into Wiveliscombe to support a coffee morning, as part of the local events to mark this special occasion, helping to raise just over £400 for charity.
